I was staying at the hotel and decided to try the restaurant. Definitely not your run of the mill hotel restaurant. Great Texas atmosphere. I had a filet and it was cooked perfect. They have good bar too, I had a beer and a 25 year scotch afterward. When I stay at the Hilton, I will eat dinner here again. ~ Guest
