In this fun intimate setting, we will attempt to drink the most well known CABERNET FRANC AND CABERNET SAUVIGNON wines from across the globe.  We will also celebrate the international CABERNET FRANC DAY!  We will taste many wines - so pace yourself! 6:00 - 6:30           We will have an informal wine tasting to allowing guests to arrive with minimal stress (hopefully). 6:30 - 7:30           We will serve a one bite dinner yummies to fill your tummy! 7:30 - 8:00           We will host a self-served dessert course to allow time to revisit the wines and/or ask further questions. No previous wine knowledge is required.  No wine snobs or potential wine snobs allowed in class.
